Common questions
I can't sign in
Callback accounts are created by your club — there is no self-service sign-up. If you don't have credentials or your password isn't working, contact your club administrator, who can issue or reset your account.
My ratings aren't syncing
Callback saves every rating on your device instantly, even with no connection — you never need to stop evaluating. The status bar at the bottom of the rating screen shows pending items; when your device is back online, they upload automatically, or tap Sync to push immediately.
A player is missing or has the wrong shirt number
Player registrations, shirt numbers, and wristband groups come from your club's registration sheet. Ask your club administrator to correct the sheet — the app picks up changes within moments, and a banner will offer to refresh.
How do I get Callback for my club?
Callback is currently in a private pilot with a volleyball club for the 2026 tryout season. If you'd like to use it for your club's tryouts, we'd love to hear from you — email us.
