Callback (the "app") is operated by McKerin Software, Inc. By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms.
Authorized use
The app is available to evaluators and administrators authorized by a participating volleyball club. Keep your account credentials private and use the app only for the club's tryout evaluation activities.
Your content and the club's data
Evaluations you enter are the property of the club that authorized your account. Player registration information belongs to the club and its registrants. Use of all such information is governed by our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access data you're not authorized to see, interfere with the service, or use information from the app outside the club's tryout process.
Availability and warranty
The app is currently in a pilot program and is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable — including offline capture so no evaluation is lost — but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
