How Practice Planner works
Build the timeline
Add drills from your club's library, quick items like a water break or a huddle, sections, a slot where coaches pick between drills, and your own custom items. The clock shows when each block starts and how many minutes are left.
Keep a calendar
Each coach can see their own plans and the ones assigned to them, by month or by week. The club calendar shows every plan a coach has access to, filtered by team, group, clinic or tryout.
Share and assign courts
Share a plan with one coach or the whole club. For a group practice, each court gets its own coaches, teams and athletes. A coach can switch to see just their court.
Print the plan
Print the timeline with a sheet for each court, the pairing groups, a card for each drill and a scoresheet for the team. Each drill card has a QR code that opens the drill's animation.
Open it courtside
On a phone, coaches see every block with its clock time. Tap a drill for its diagram, instructions and coaching points.

What you need
